Edge with Chromium: change the search engine

The new browser Edge Microsoft uses Bing as the default search engine. On a computer at work I thought about using Microsoft's new browser, and then I saw that Google as a search engine simply did not exist. It probably existed but it was hidden.

Microsoft Edge no longer uses the old "search provider" plug-in system used by Internet Explorer, so you do not need to install it. THE young traveler Microsoft has an option to change the search engine, but you must first find it.

Microsoft Edge

To use Google or another search engine by default in the new browser Edge of Microsoft, click the menu and select "Settings".

Click "Privacy and Services" in the Settings area on the left sidebar.

Scroll down to the bottom right of the window and search for Services. Click "Address Bar" below it.

Click "Search engine used in the address bar" and select "Google”Or any other search engine you prefer. In addition to Bing and Google, The Edge also includes Yahoo! and DuckDuckGo by default.

You're done. You can close the Settings page and when you search from the address bar or by right-clicking on a web page and selecting "Search the Web", the Edge will use the search engine you selected.
