Yes Edge Chromium for Linux: As you may already know, the application Microsoft Edge Chromium-based is currently available on all modern versions of Windows (from Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10) but also on MacOS systems.
However, the browser development team seems to be trying to release a version for Linux systems as well.
Sean Larkin, Technical Program Manager at the Edge browser team, did one Publication on Twitter, inviting users to participate in a Linux survey. The survey includes a question about how users expect to install the Edge browser.
Microsoft had previously said it would release a Linux version of the browser, but we haven't heard anything since.
If you're a Linux user and want to get Microsoft's Linux browser, you can join the survey.
The new Edge is already available on all channels (Beta, Dev and Canary) for all currently supported operating systems.
The release date of the Linux release is not yet known.
