Note:
It will be difficult to access files and folders with emoji in the names through the command line. With the default ones settings, the Windows 10 Command Prompt app cannot render emojis correctly.
However, you can access it using the auto-fill name feature. You can press Tab repeatedly until you see the file name you need.
