ESET announces a strategic partnership with NATO, together with Microsoft and Palo Alto Networks. This partnership is an important step in strengthening collective cyber resilience against existing and emerging cyber threats.

Cyber and digital deterrence and defence depend not only on reliable hardware and software, but also on common principles and standards of cooperation, said Jean Ellermann-Kingombe, NATO’s Deputy Secretary General for Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation. This is particularly important at a time when critical infrastructure, essential to the functioning of our societies, is under attack, while malicious actors are exploiting technological developments to constantly evolve their tactics.
These strategic, non-commercial partnerships were officially announced at the International Conference on Cyber Conflict (CyCon) in Tallinn, Estonia, strengthening cooperation between NATO and the cybersecurity sector. These partnerships will enhance dialogue, exchange of information and best practices, and coordinate actions to address issues of common concern.
“Unfortunately, we live in an era of increasing cyber threats that seek to undermine our societies and challenge our values. That is why we are particularly pleased to participate in this important initiative, which aims to jointly strengthen resilience against these threats,” said Martin Talian, CEO of Enterprise Solutions at ESET.
ESET remains committed to its mission to contribute to a safer cyberspace, leveraging its unique insight into the global threat landscape, its expertise in supporting cybersecurity professionals protecting critical infrastructure, including in conflict zones like Ukraine, and its ever-expanding research teams, which are supported by advanced, cutting-edge technologies.
Although the press releases will range from very select to rare, I said I'd pass...because sometimes the editors hide.
