Facebook first introduced a new dark mode design for its desktop website at F8 last year, but so far only a handful of its users have been able to access it.
That is about to change: Facebook told TechCrunch that "starting today, the majority of our members will have access to the new desktop design." This includes a new smart dark mode feature.
The new feature it will not be presented to its users social network automatically. TechCrunch reports that the feature is currently opt-in and you can get it by going to menu Facebook.com settings by clicking “see the new Facebook”.
For now you can still restore your old Facebook if you do not like it, so it is not a permanent change.
At the moment, I do not see the existence of selection in my profile, so we will probably wait. If you see the option to change to the new dark leave a comment on this post.
