When 10time Colin from Michigan, USA told his mother that he did not want to make him a birthday party and this year because he was not so popular at his school, she ignored him.

Ο Colin faces problems of socialization as it suffers from Asperger syndrome, a form of high functioning autism. This disorder makes him an antisocial one, and he consequently drives away from other children in his class. He usually eats the meal of his own in the classroom, since the other students do not want to sit next to him.

This year, however, his mother decided that something had to change, so for Colin's 11th birthday he rejected the classical tactics of sending invitations to school children. Instead, created one on Facebook where people from all over the world could send him positive thoughts and encouraging messages.

Specifically, uploaded the "Happy Birthday Colin" page and it literally "took off". The best in this story is that Colin himself did not have the slightest idea of this initiative until 9 March, when it was his birthday.

Indeed, after a mess of messages and prompts, Colin's mother decided to post their mailing address, in which those who wished could send greeting cards. Something tells us Colin celebrated the happiest birthdays of his life!
