Facebook Messenger allows transactions via Paypal

Facebook's Facebook app has also added a new feature that will alert you to every recent transaction with PayPal.

What does all of this mean?

As promised, Facebook slowly but surely seems to be turning Messenger into a full business app, and the ability to send and receive payments is only a small part of that process. PayPal came as just another on the table.
