To distribute the build from the Slow ring, it has already been tested by thousands of users around the world, and Microsoft developers already have the updates which resolve the problems that have appeared since the version was released.
If you wish and you can download any new build directly, here are the steps you need to follow.
To start, you must sign up for Windows Insider and follow the process mentioned by the company to install the latest build (if you do it now, the company will let you install Windows 10 Build 10074 that you are currently distributing from the Slow ring).
The version that you can download after Microsoft's fast channel settings will be Windows 10 build 10122.
After installation if you try to find the Windows Update icon on the control panel, you will be disappointed why…. there is no. 
From the new menu, look for Settings (Windows 10 is not yet in English)
The window will open with all the new settings
Open Update & Security and click on Advanced options.
In the window that will open below you will find the setting, from the drop down select "Fast."
