Fedora 27 official announcement and release

New Fedora 27: The team of Fedora Project announced the release of the new major versionof the famous distribution. THE new edition Fedora 27, ήρθε με το GNOME 3.26 το οποίο διαθέτει νέο πίνακα ρυθμίσεων και πιο ολοκληρωμένη υπηρεσία αναζήτησης.

The Boxes Helper virtual machine now supports LibreOffice shared folders and LibreOffice documents that can be signed with OpenPGP keys. Fedora 27

“The Fedora 27 Workstation version includes GNOME 3.26. In the new version, both the Display and Network settings panels and the appearance of the settings panel have been updated.

System search now shows more results at a time, including system actions.

GNOME 3.26 also features colorful emoji, folder sharing on the Boxes, and many improvements to the IDE Builder tool.

While the Fedora Workstation version has been released, the Fedora 27 Server version is not expected to be released until January of 2018.
