You say that Fing recognizes the MAC Address, but rarely does. It only gives the IP address .. The map that shows it? Can you tell me what it means to do pink traceroute on connected devices?

I changed the password just two days ago and yet the "intruders" remain. Obviously they will have some program that breaks the passwords. Is there another way to permanently "drive" them out of my Wf?
Are you sure the ones you see are not the router history? Many routers when connecting a device give it an internal ip that binds it to this device for a long time. Even if he never comes back. So do you see old friends' devices that once connected? Maybe a year ago.
