Instead of waiting for Microsoft to decide when it's turn, its a user Reddit posted in a Windows 10 subreddit a way he tried and managed to get the updates.
Let's see how he did it:
Follow the route:
C: \ Windows \ SoftwareDistribution \ Download
You may need to replace C: with the letter of the drive that your system is installed on.
Delete it in the Download folder.
Open Windows Update.
Open the command prompt. From the search type cmd. exe and as soon as the black icon appears right click on it and select "Run as administrator".
Type the following command without pressing enter to run it
wuauclt.exe /updatenow
Return to the Windows Update window now. Click the "Check for Updates" button on the left side.
When you see that it started looking for new updates, return the command prompt window and press enter to run the command.
Immediately afterwards, you should see that Windows Update sees Windows 10 as an update. Before installing, however, make sure you are ready.
