Gemini Intelligence features will begin rolling out gradually this summer, starting with the latest Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel mobile models, while later in the year, they will expand to other Android devices, including smartwatches, car systems, smart glasses and laptops.

Soon, devices with Gemini Intelligence will be able to do even more. Gemini will take over tasks for you, whether it’s reserving a front-row seat for your spinning class or finding your course materials in Gmail and then adding the necessary books to your shopping cart. Gemini takes care of the procedural part, while you enjoy the moment.
App automation becomes even more powerful when you add screen context or image content. Instead of manually switching between apps and copying data, Gemini can turn visual data into instant actions. Imagine, for example, that you have a long shopping list in your notes app. Simply press and hold the power button above the list and have Gemini create a shopping cart with all the items for delivery.
Or, if you see a travel brochure in the lobby of a hotel you’re interested in, you can simply take a photo of it and say, “Find a trip like this on Expedia for six people.” You can track the progress in real time via notifications as Gemini works in the background. Most importantly, you remain in control, while Gemini only acts on your command and stops as soon as the task is complete. All that’s left for you to do is confirm.
Browse smarter with Gemini in Chrome
Starting in late June, Android devices will get a smarter web browsing assistant: Specifically, Gemini in Chrome can help you research, summarize, and compare content online. The automatic browsing in Chrome it can take on the most boring tasks for you, like booking an appointment or reserving a parking space.
Fill out forms with just one tap
Google Autofill is evolving from a basic convenience to something smarter and more intuitive. Using the feature Personal Intelligence With Gemini, Android will autofill even more text fields in your apps, including Chrome.
Our goal is to put an end to an everyday hassle: filling out complex forms on your phone screen. Now your device can leverage relevant information from your connected apps to fill out forms for you. Connecting Gemini to Google Autofill is strictly opt-in. You decide if and when you want to connect it to Gemini, and you can turn this connection on or off at any time in your settings.
Convert your spoken thoughts into well-written text
Gboard on Android already lets you quickly and accurately convert speech to text, but there’s a challenge: the way we speak isn’t always the way we write. We often correct ourselves, repeat ourselves, or fill in the blanks with “uh-huh,” “ah-huh,” and other similar expressions. To bridge this gap, we’re introducing Rambler, a new Gemini Intelligence feature designed for the way people actually speak.
With Rambler, you don't have to worry about getting your words perfectly worded before you start speaking. You can speak naturally and the feature will grab the important parts, turning them into a concise message. Rambler will clearly show you when it's on to help you convert your voice to text, while the audio is only used for immediate transcription and is not stored.
Rambler is designed for the way our global community communicates, which is in multiple languages at once. Leveraging Gemini’s advanced multilingual model, Rambler can seamlessly switch between languages in a single message. Whether you’re combining English with Hindi, or any other combination of languages, Rambler understands context and subtle linguistic nuances, ensuring your message sounds exactly like you, just more polished.
Create custom widgets
With Gemini Intelligence, we take the first step towards generative UI, leveraging one of Android's most characteristic elements: widgets.
With the “Create My Widget” feature, there are even more ways to make your device truly yours. You can create fully customized widgets by simply describing what you want in natural language. For example, if you’re planning your meals for the week, simply ask the “Create My Widget” feature to “suggest three high-protein meal recipes each week.” You’ll then see the system create a custom dashboard, which you can add and resize directly from your home screen. Alternatively, if you’re a cyclist and only care about wind speed and rain, you can create a weather widget that displays exactly that information.
