Google released about a month ago the new Gmail as choice for users of the electronic service post officey of the company, but as it seems it will soon be the only option.
So far, ordinary Google mail users have had (and have) the option to "try out the new Gmail", while G Suite administrators have the ability to try it out on a limited or company-wide basis through Google's Early Adopter program.
Nevertheless from July the new Google mail will be available to all G Suite users who will gradually lose the option to opt out of the new plan. Probably this change will be valid for Gmail users for about the same time period.
G Suite administrators will have three options to make the new Gmail available to their users, according to Google's new Gmail schedule. They will be able to transfer users directly to the new Gmail, but users will still have the option to be excluded for a limited time.
They can also allow users who want to try the new Gmail. If Gmail administrators do not allow users of the company to see the new Gmail, they will see it anyway in four weeks that will allow the adoption of the new UI. The last option is also the default setting.
So gradually all G Suite users will see the new look in two phases. About two months after July, those who do not have the new look will automatically be promoted to the new UI, but will be able to change whenever they want within the next four weeks.
Three months after July, around October, anyone who made the change to the new Gmail will not be able to turn back.
Google email features such as offline and confidential mode will be disabled by default when the new version on July.
Google plans to release more changes to its details in July, and encourages administrators to start distributing it directly to G Suite users.
