Known issues with Windows 10 May 2021 Update
Microsoft was released last night Windows 10 version 21H1. Windows 10 "May 2021 Update" is now available for those who are interested, but you should know that although it is a stable version, the 21H1 version of Windows 10 still has two known issues.
Each time Microsoft releases a new feature update for Windows 10, it publishes a list of known issues. Most of these issues are usually minor, but some of them may significantly affect the workflow of some users.
The list from this update is relatively short and includes two unresolved issues.
Known issues in version 21H1 of Windows 10
- A loud noise may be heard when using 5.1 Dolby Digital audio with certain settings.
- Automatic introduction of Furigana may not work as expected.
Both issues have been temporarily curtailed, but a steady update is under way for both.
So you can probably install the May 2021 Update if you think it might be causing you some problems. But surely you could expect that as yesterday's update does not bring significant changes. Most of the information problems had already been solved by the 2004 - 20H2 version.
However, Microsoft gradually began to make the update available. The adventurous will soon begin to comment on any Microsoft failures.
