GoDaddy was able to conclude an agreement to buy Sucuri, a security products and services company for websites. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Sucuri is a security platform that offers a suite of security tools to protect websites from emerging cyber threats. Sucuri's suite of tools gives website owners the solution they need to respond to hacks when they happen, and vulnerable points.
The company provides a plug-in for the WordPress platform, and is actively involved in promoting WordPress security and web site awareness.

The Sucuri team is made up of developers, analysts and researchers focused on different genres attacks.
