Although we no longer hear news about Google Glass, the company seems to have plans for further development. Google filed one Diploma of Patent for a Google Glass screen that can be linked to a hat.
The company is obviously looking for new ways to integrate Google Glass into existing wearables and clothing, rather than just being used as a standalone device worn by Glassholes.
The technology connects a hat with the Glass screen portion magnetically.
The following picture shows that the screen can have multiple views and be placed at many different angles.
Meanwhile the Italian manufacturer Luxottica is currently preparing the second one version of Google glasses, which is expected to be presented in April.
The CEO of the Italian company, Massimo Vian, confirmed that working with Google is moving ahead and said the 2 version is in the pipeline and will soon be ready, according to the Wall Street Journal.
More recently, reports have reported that Google is talking to several large companies about using Glass in business, such as healthcare or energy.
