This is not to say that Google is worse than any other company technologys. We mention the above because the company claims to care about its customers, reports consistent success and amazing products. Of course, it's not uncommon for an advertising agency to be bad at promoting itself.
Think of another famous advertising company, Facebook, which seems to be struggling to make its mark every week.
