It's no secret anymore that Google will be announcing some new gadgets next week at the event hardware which will take place on October 4.
VentureBeat today confirmed with an image the upcoming Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL.
The rumors that Google is preparing two new mobile phones, codenamed Sailfish and Marlin, have been in circulation for months. With the new smartphones, the company is changing the Nexus brand name Pixel brand and manufacturer of HTC.
The Google Pixel, the smaller of the two devices, or Sailfish as it was codenamed published by Android Police in June, will have a screen 1080-inch 5p, quad-core 2.0GHz 64-bit processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB storage, a 2770 mAh battery, a camera back to 12MP, and an 8MP front.
It will have a top-mounted headphone jack, a fingerprint scanner on the back (à la Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P), and a USB-C port on the bottom.
The Google Pixel XL will feature similar features except that it will have a QHD 5,5 inch screen and a battery in 3450mAh, according to Android Police.
The price of the smallest Google Pixel will start with 649 dollars.
