Magic Leap, the mysterious augmented reality startup funded with 542 millions dollars from Google, has just released a video that gives a taste of the technology it envisions and is going to bring to us soon.
The video titled "Another day at Magic Leap's office," is a short clip with augmented reality graphics (AR) in a real-life environment, which in this case seems to be the real space of Magic Leap's offices.
In the video, the user ελέγχει τα εισερχόμενα e-mail του που ξεπροβάλλουν μπροστά του σαν ολοletterand searches through different folders to find the video game he wants to play. As soon as he clicks on the video games icon, the game will automatically load and the user immediately enters a virtual reality game.
After a few seconds action games, the video ends with the logos of Magic Leap and Weta Workshop, the special effects team behind such well-known films as: “The Lord of the Rings” and “The Hobbit”. THE founder by Weta, Sir Richard Taylor, he also participated in the board of Magic Leap as reported by BusinessInsider.
There is no more information about when exactly what is going to be released, like what you will see in the following video, but imagine yourself sitting in an office like the company. It is the kind of technology that could radically change the way we work and, in general, the way we live.
