Google Talk, Google Sheets, and Google+ Hangouts do not work

Many report that the service Google Talk and Google Drive do not work at this time. The first reports come through Twitter.

googleGmail is working fine right now, but Google Talk seems to be having trouble connecting. A quick check on the website DownForEveryoneOrJustMe indicates real, service problems. Also, the official website of Google Apps Status Dashboard indicates problems with Google Talk, Google Sheets, and Google+ Hangouts, which include Gchat.

For some, Gchat is unable to connect, and if it is connected it cannot send messages. Those trying to access Google Drive receive this error message: "The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request."

Gmail's last major problem occurred in January, when the service stopped running twice in two weeks.
