You can easily align objects, group them, and work in layers.
Your files can be exported to PNG, JPG, or SVG fonts. You can import these file formats as well as EPS files.
The app page shows some public designs from others who used it and they are very impressive. Although it does not have all the features of Illustrator, it's a free tool and a great alternative.
