The new iPhone 7 will be waterproof, just like the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and will be released in a black version.
"It's the best iPhone we've ever made," said Apple CEO Tim Cook. "It has a beautiful new design and makes all the things you do every day much better."
The iPhone 7 has an improved design that includes a new finish called "Jet Black" and not Piano Black as rumored. There is also a second black version that as Cook said in the presentation "we just call it… black." The iPhone 7 will also be available in silver, gold and rose gold.
The device features a new redesigned Home Button that is much more sensitive since it uses a new generation of taptic that makes it more responsive with real-time response. The new taptic offers subtle alerts for quick actions, messages, ringtones and more.
The new iPhone 7 housing is water and dust resistant to meet the IP67 protection standard. This means that you can also shower with your iPhone.
The new iPhone 7 comes with completely new cameras. The 4,7-inch version comes with visual image stabilization for up to 3 times higher exposure, bigger f / 1.8 aperture allowing 50 percent more light on the sensor, an 6P lens, and a new 12MP sensor that is 60% faster.
The flash has four LEDs and gives 50% more light. It also has a sensor that compensates for artificial light. FaceTime's camera has been upgraded to 7MP and has better color capture and auto image stabilization.
Apple also announced a dual camera system for the iPhone 7 Plus. It has 2 12MP cameras, a wide angle and a telephoto lens for better quality. It works just like before, but there is a new button called "1x" which allows you to zoom 2x and use the telephoto lens directly. The screen is Retina HD and has been improved to be 25% brighter. It has a wide range of colors. Supports the 3D Touch layer, which is most used in iOS 10.
The iPhone 7 is also stereo for the first time. With one speaker at the bottom and the other at the top will have 2 times louder sound.

The iPhone 7 will cost the same as the 6s it replaces, starting with 649 dollars. There will be three storage versions, from 32GB, 128GB and 256GB. Jet Black comes in only the last two editions. Plus starts with 749 dollars.
