How, however, is it possible to be able to form opinions and consciences on a via such as Twitter, which is 100% free and anyone can write what they want?
How can a government or a party be able to pass through its messages and manipulate the citizens, since everyone can read any accounts they want?

Let's say we have a party, which we will call "COMPETITION OF HOPE", who wants to use Twitter to shape the world a certain opinion and opinion. The opinion that "HOMEPAGE" wants to pass is that the leader of the opposing party, which henceforth we will call "COME OF FREEDOM", has a very bad plan and program for the economy of the country.

How will this succeed?

Someone from the party undertakes to set up a "communication" group for the Internet and more specifically for the Twitter domain.

It will hire approximately 50-60 people to instruct to create from 10 twitter accounts each. So out of nowhere…. 600 accounts, at the same time, will express their dissatisfaction with the financial program of the leader of the FREEDOM PARTY.

This will result in the users who follow the specific profiles which are essentially partisan… to read the specific negative opinion about the financial program of the president of the "FREEDOM PARTY".

Indeed, this communicative "war" becomes stronger when the political leader decides to make a big talk or come out to speak on a TV show.
Then these 600 accounts will comment on the statements they will make using hashtag.

In this way, when one goes to read the comments made on twitter, for the head of "FREEDOM" speech will see 600 different from each other, twitter accounts, have a specific negative view of his financial plan political party and party.
So the opinion he will form is that his party leader has a very bad economic program that will probably harm the country and is not socially acceptable.

They create fake accounts, which initially function as normal users and then after gaining followers, start and promote specific opinions, opinions, people, situations, etc.
In fact, in major political or social events, they use the occasional hashtags that are established depending on the topic… and by bombarding tweets. Form opinions.
Indeed, it has been observed that some parties are ordering these profiles to engage in dialogue with Twitter users who have a great impact when they have a counter-opinion with them and either alter them to lose the meaning of their original Tweets or split.

Somewhat so simple… without many philosophies and without many twitter users realizing it, they often receive messages from such accounts that only aim at custom propaganda….
