According to article 43, par.1, law 5024/2023 (A' 41) natural or legal persons can request the granting of a certificate of their financial debts to financial institutions, the State and the Social Security Institutions, for any legal use.
With the application, permission is provided by the applicant for the lifting of the confidentiality of the bank deposits of article 1 of the n.d. 1059/1971 (A' 270) and the tax confidentiality of Article 17 of Law 4987/2022 (A' 206).

With your application, you provide permission for its removal privacy of your bank deposits and of your tax privacy.
