Use ImageMagick to easily resize, invert, replace, rotate, deform, cut, transform, customize colors, apply various special effects or design text, lines, polygons, ellipses and curves Bézier on a picture.
ImageMagick as mentioned above is a free software provided as binary ready to run on your system, or as source code that you can use, copy, modify and distribute in both open and proprietary applications.
