Instagram will be testing new features and changes to the look of your profile throughout duration of November and December.
In one publishing on his blog, Instagram said the grid that displays your photos and videos won't change at all, but the icons above the grid can be changed to words (such as grid, posts, IGTV, tags or grid, posts, IGTV, tagged).
Your profile picture can be moved to the right corner by squeezing the username to a larger font at the top of the page. It seems that followers and followers will have less priority than before and that the number of posts you have made will no longer exist.
A parallel "Follow" and "Message" buttons can be tried on profile pages, with even more options for business pages, such as "Start Order".
The blog states that the people behind Instagram will experience these changes in phases and in different combinations, in the Instagram community, in the coming weeks. And they will be waiting for your respective comments on these changes.
It's one of Instagram's softer updates in recent months, with co-founders Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger stepping down in September and former head Facebook, Adam Mosseri, took over as vice president of product.
Only in October and November, the platform ανακοίνωσε ένα νέο ταμπλό control of daily use called “Your Activity”, three new shopping features and a new “nametag” feature reminiscent of Snapchat's Snap Codes.
