Intel quietly put the free Android app over the weekend. The new app lets you use your phone as a keyboard as well as a trackpad for your computer.
Intel Remote Keyboard is designed for use on mini computers that are approximately the size of a tablet and do not come with peripherals.
This does not mean you can not use it on any PC.
The application is reported to work flawlessly on any system running Windows 7 or 8.
Just install the app on your Android device, install the necessary software on your computer, and you're ready.
When your devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, the Intel Remote Keyboard application will automatically detect your computer.
