The 04-08-2014 (21-XNUMX), a XNUMX-old national who was detained by the Greek Police's Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office (XNUMX-XNUMX-XNUMX), has filed a court case against him for an indictment, defamation, slanderous defamation, threat, extortion and violating personal data , via Internet.
More specifically, 39-year-old national complained to the Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office that two profiles were created on a web site, in which personal and defamatory details were posted, as well as a defamatory publication, with personal photos of him and his family.
In addition, the arrested repeatedly contacted the 39-year-old by phone, asking him to pay him the sum of one thousand (1.000) euros, in order to delete the profiles and photos from the Internet.
In one of their telephone communications, the arrested threatened 39 that he would kidnap his children while using abusive expressions for himself and his family.
The 21-year-old was identified and arrested from the digital search and preliminary investigation carried out by the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate, while from the search carried out on him and his home in Corinthia, with the assistance of police officers from the Kiatos Police Department, a portable electronic device was found and confiscated computer and mobile call me card SIM.
From the research carried out on the laptop and on the mobile phone, the photos that were posted on the website in question were found.
Moreover, it was revealed that the aforementioned calls were made from the particular mobile phone number, while the management of the two profiles by the arrested person was also identified.
The arrested with the case file that was formed against him was rushed yesterday (05-08-2014) to the Prosecutor's Office of Corinth.
