Friends of iOS devices from June 30 at 6 pm, will be able to have access in upgrade of iOS 8.4 which will bring the new Apple Music feature.
Apple's senior manager (and former Beats CEO) Ian Rogers revealed the news on his blog.
Apple Music according to Rogers will come embedded in iOS 8.4, so you need to upgrade your device to access the new service.

Rogers also provided some information about the launch of Apple's world-class radio station (24 / 7), known as Beats 1.
The new radio will start an hour later to give the owners of iOS devices time to upgrade.
