Apple's new iPhone SE announced yesterday has been designing the old iPhone 5S with iPhone 6s, and is said to be targeted specifically to customers who liked the previous models more but still want to be able to run the latest software.
It seems, however, that there is more to the iPhone SE than its design and size screenς τοτ 5s,
Macworld reports that Apple used the same screen as the "lower contrast ratio and reduced viewing angle" available on the iPhone 5S.
But what's more important is that the device comes with the same fingerprint sensor as the 5S, which means it's more slow and more prone to errors, regarding access security.
One of the most significant improvements Apple made since the iPhone 6 was the introduction of a new fingerprint sensor that was not only faster, but also more accurate, and could read fingerprints without too many errors (unless your finger is liquid or dirty ).
Here, we should mention that the iPhone SE also uses the old 1.2-megapixel camera (on the front) of the iPhone 6, not 5's 6-megapixel camera.
