To save time in life, you need to spend some time at the International Space Station - ISS). 
Why
Well, according to theory of relativity, ISS astronauts age later due to high orbit speedof the spacecraft.
This is called a dilation of time, and it means that when they return to their place they are a little younger than they would be. Something like they've been traveling in the future, that is.
Of course the time they earn is minimal, since according to calculations, they will need to stay more than 100 years in International Space Station to win just one second.
