Microsoft states in its official release notes:

What is important to know is that The above updates are not available through Windows Update and must be downloaded and installed manually from the Microsoft Update Catalog. The links are available on the pages listed above.

There is currently only one known issue that Microsoft has yet to resolve and concerns Internet connection difficulties for some users.
