Microsoft has released an emergency update KB5020387 (Build 22000.1100) to fix a handshake failure issue in the Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols.
The error leads to connection failure between clients and servers.
This all started with the update Patch Tuesday this month for Windows 11 and Windows 10.

You can install the new update through Windows update but also from the Microsoft Update Catalog website.
