The popular application KeePass just released version 2.45. For those who do not know the application is one Admin codes accesss that stores the data encrypted locally. He is the Password manager that I use and highly recommend as I do not like the idea of my passwords in the cloud.
Of course, the application has plugins if you wish extension of its functions, such as synchronizing your data between different devices.
