Kopia is available in both a command line interface (CLI) and a graphical interface (GUI). You can choose to create unlimited snapshots of a folder and recover any version you want, with a few clicks. For backup storage it supports Google Cloud, Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, WebDav and some others.
The program perhaps the most powerful in its class and at the same time free. It supports many algorithms compression. This will help you save storage space and make the backup process faster and more efficient.
At settings it uses "Policies" with which it defines each backup job in a policy. There you can select or exclude certain files from the destination folder, enable compression, and have custom scheduling options.
