How does LanguageTool work?
You do not need to do anything special. Just enter the text you want in a text field on any webpage. The tool detects any spelling or grammar errors and underlines the errors.
Clicking on such underlined text displays a small pop-up with a suggested replacement. Click on the sentence to replace the wrong word immediately.
Ο control document spelling works in a similar way, with an icon appearing in the lower right corner of the page. Clicking this icon displays a list of possible errors.
The add-in does not work on some sites such as Office Online. Alternatively you can open an e-mail service post officeυ που υποστηρίζεται όπως το Gmail ή το Outlook. Press Compose or create a new message, paste the text you need and the tool will check the content for errors.
