The new version of the popular Linux Mint 22 distribution is available on the download servers, but the official website has not yet been updated to announce it.
The new ISO images are already available for all three flavors, Cinnamon, Mate and Xfce, on the official download mirrors.
Version 22 is the stable release that will soon be officially released by the Linux Mint team.
In the official "What's New” there are some of the changes recorded, but they haven't been pushed to the main site yet.
Codenamed “Wilma”, the new version of the Linux Mint 22 distribution will be supported until 2029.
