His team Manjaro Linux announced today the release of Manjaro Linux 22.0 “Sikaris” as the latest version of this widely used distribution based on Arch Linux.
Six months after the release of Manjaro Linux 21.3 “Ruah”, Manjaro Linux 22.0 “Sikaris” has been released running from the newly released Linux 6.1 kernel series. It features the Xfce 4.18 desktop, while the KDE Plasma and GNOME versions come with the latest updates KDE Plasma 5.26.4 (KDE Frameworks 5.101 and KDE Gear 22.12), and GNOME 43.2.
