Mathesis Voyage to the Universe – Station Two: Are We Alone?

This will be a journey through the universe. It will be a trip for everyone: no prior knowledge of Physics is required and the mathematical concepts we will use will be familiar to any traveler who has finished 1st High School. math

It will be a journey of search: what will interest us most is not the answers themselves, but how we arrive at those answers.

How do we know what we know about the universe? And how will we discover what we do not yet know? Our guide, the big question: Are we alone in the Universe? How likely is life beyond Earth?

How do astrophysicists try to answer this question? What would it mean for our own, human civilization, if life were very common in the Universe? What would it mean for our civilization if we really are all alone?

Although the press releases will be from very select to rarely, I said to go ... because sometimes the authors are hiding.

  1. Good Evening. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I don't understand something.
I followed the link (at the end of the post) and entered my registration details.

So while the post here says that the courses start on 26-2-2024, a date that is also confirmed by the "about" of the course (in math), when I entered the course and in particular when I entered the "dates" tab, I found that it says: Important dates Mon 12 Feb 2024 Course start – Sun 18 Feb 2024 today.

In short, does the lesson start 26-2 or has it started from 12-2?
    If anyone knows, please reply.
