Merriam-Webster: Fascism's first search term

Her Twitter account Merriam-Webster reported Sunday night that "fascism" was Sunday's top term on her website.

According to the website-dictionary, there were searches for the terms: "misogyny", "fanatic", "xenophobic", "racism" and "xenophobia" after Tuesday's US election.trump

(fascism bigot xenophobe racism socialism xenophobia misogyny)

I wonder why.

In addition, it seems that searches for the term "fascism" have seen a sharp increase in Trends on the day Donald Trump was named president-elect.

Hmmm…

I'm not sure what this all means, but it's definitely something you should think about. Very.
