Meta, the parent company of Facebook, is ready to sign an important agreement for the acquisition of a Greek startup.
According to what we hear, the company that is interested in the largest social network is Hellenic Accusonus, which is active in the development of audio-video editing software, and is based in Patras.
The purchase, according to information, will not exceed 100 million euros and will concern all the shares of the company founded by Alexandros Tsilfidis, Elias Kokkinis and Michalis Tzannes.
So far, the Greek company has obtained several equity funds from two rounds of financing.
