There is a way to take all your personal Chrome data with you and migrate it to Windows. It is done through the Chrome browser itself. The obvious way to do this is to use a Google account with Chrome and that way you'll sync your bookmarks, history and passwords to the new device. Let's see how.
Synchronize Google Chrome data from Linux to Windows
Some users prefer not to log in to Chrome, especially on Linux which consider them anonymous. However, it is an extremely useful option. For example, if you have an Android phone, it will usually have Chrome installed. By connecting to Browser on Windows, you can sync your browser data between your devices.
The same synchronization is possible between Linux and your new Windows operating system. Just make sure you have sync enabled, which is usually enabled by default. That is, just logging in to your account should sync on its own.
