AADE is launching a new system, with which the DOU will be determined based on the postal code of the taxpayer.
Thus, a TC belongs uniquely to a DOU. Excluded are the cases where the TK according to ELTA belongs to two different Regional Units, in which case each region falls under the competence of the DOU of the relevant Regional Unit.
The assignment of a TK to a unique DOU nationwide will begin on Monday, November 14, 2022 for taxpayers, natural or legal persons and legal entities that will obtain a tax identification number, as well as for those who will start operations.
We should mention that from November 18 to 21, 2022, the competent Services of the AADE will proceed with the transfer of taxpayers to the new DOU they will be subject to, for the areas where there are no exceptions, while from December 16 to 19, 2022, a transfer will take place for the areas where there are exceptions, according to the attached Redistribution Tables (see below).
