Microsoft has confirmed that Microsoft 365 services are currently except operation. The company confirmed this via the official Microsoft 365 Status account on X.
So users will not be able to access various web applications. The company has informed that you can receive updates status about the progress of the error in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center portal with problem ID “OO953223”.
We're investigating an issue where some users may be unable to access Microsoft 365 apps for the web. We're reviewing service monitoring telemetry to isolate the root cause and develop a remediation plan. For more information, please refer to OO953223 in the admin center.

The official website Microsoft 365 Service Health Status it currently states that there is no problem and that "everything is up and running". However, the page will likely be updated soon to reflect the situation we described above.
From user comments on the Microsoft 365 Status thread on X, it appears that the portal of the Center managements of Microsoft 365 is not accessible and that the session is constantly expiring.
