Microsoft announced Bing for Schools

bingΗ Microsoft just announced it Bing for Schools, a new program that brings a whole new experience to preschool and elementary school students, since search results will no longer show ads.

In addition, the program will enhance privacy by providing inaccurate content filters. The new service targeted at children will offer so-called specialized learning opportunities to enhance their digital knowledge.

"The program is completely optional: schools can choose whether to participate or keep the regular Bing. Of course, Bing for Schools is free for any school or district that wishes to participate, ”says Matt Wallaert, a behavioral scientist working for Bing.

More information on the new program, as well as details on how a particular school can register, are available at Bing.
