The Microsoft Designers is a new tool that uses OpenAI's DALL-E 2 to create stunning designs in a flash. Microsoft Designer, currently available to select testers in a private beta version, is part of its offerings Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Microsoft Designer is believed to be the company's answer to Canva.com, a popular PowerPoint alternative for quick designs.
Microsoft Designer is not like PowerPoint. As its name suggests, it is supposed to create “designs” such as social media posts, banners for your e-commerce platform, other projects such as invitations, signs, logos and more.
You can start with one picture or use Microsoft AI to create one automatically. The web application is flexible and can create various types of graphics. The best feature? Its search bar uses Open AI's DALL-E, which allows Microsoft Designer to create pictures or artwork from scratch based on user descriptions.
