A few days ago, Microsoft released the December 2025 Patch Tuesday for Windows 11 (KB5072033, KB5071417) and Windows 10 (KB5071546, KB5071544, KB5071543).
Then, the company announced that it had started rolling out Windows 11 25H2 to all supported users' computers, so they can upgrade to the latest version of Windows from previous versions, including Windows 10.
However, if you want to perform a clean install using a USB, then you need the Media Creation Tool (MCT) which was updated with the December Patch Tuesday to bring you Windows 11 version 25H2. Some features require a clean install to be enabled.
Most of you know what MCT is and how it helps, but for those who don't, it's Microsoft's official bootable media creation utility from ISOs. It downloads Windows 11/10, and currently, the company's Windows Update servers are providing you with the KB5072033 update.
Interestingly, Microsoft has not updated the MCT version, as it remains at 10.0.26100.7019.
