Earlier today, Microsoft published the official documentation for the activation package (eKB5121794) required for Windows 11 version 26H2. Below you will find download links from Microsoft that can be used to manually download and install the activation package. windows 11 26h2

There are also download links for the Windows 11 ISO files for version 26H2. While the eKB can be used for a quick in-place upgrade from Windows 11 24H2/25H2 to 26H2 (provided you meet the necessary software and hardware requirements), the ISO gives you more options, as you can perform a clean install, as well as upgrade or repair the system.

Apart from directly downloading the ISO files of version 26H2, you can also opt for Microsoft's official Media Creation Tool (MCT) to get Windows 11 26H2.

Most of you probably already know what it is and how it works, but for those who don't, it's essentially Microsoft's official utility for creating installation media (bootable ISO). The tool downloads Windows 11/10, and currently, the company's Windows Update servers are delivering update KB5129195 (build 26300.9457 on Windows 11 26H2).

To download the new MCT, visit the official Microsoft website (link) and go to the “Create Windows 11/Windows 10 installation media” section.
