Mary Ellen Smith, Corporate Vice President, of Worldwide Operations Microsoft, who has an 19-time son suffering from autism, he said that the pilot project will be launched in May with the help of the Specialisterne employment company.
In total, 10 full-time jobs are offered first at Redmond's headquarters, and as Smith said, the program would be extended to more places and other parts if the pilot project was successful.
"People with autism will bring the strengths we need at Microsoft, every person is different, some have an amazing ability to maintain information with details or excel at math and coding. It's a talent pool we want them to bring to Microsoft!” states.
Microsoft is known as one of the companies that have invested millions δολάρια σε projects που έχουν σχεδιαστεί για να βοηθήσουν άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες.
The company announced that all candidates wishing to submit their CVs should use a special e-mail address (msautism [at] microsoft.com) to send them. The program will begin in May of 2015.
Let us wish the program goes well and look at it and at some point be implemented in Greece.
