Microsoft's PC Manager or Microsoft PC Manager as we know the application, is quite popular among some users, and especially in Asia.
PC Manager for Windows 11 (and Windows 10) seems to have added more features, as it now allows you to monitor your internet speed right on your desktop via the toolbar and a new disk cleanup algorithm that can free up more space.
PC Manager is developed by Microsoft China and is available through the Microsoft Store in some countries. Although the app is safe since it is developed and maintained by Microsoft, it is not available in Europe and some other countries due to privacy settings.
So this particular application is not available in Greece. But that doesn't mean you can't get it.
You just have to change the Windows settings a bit. So temporarily set your region from Greece to United States and reboot.
After entering Windows open it Microsoft Store and install the app.
Then you can define your region in Greece again. Do a reboot again to save the settings and you're good to go.

This is the basic idea behind PC Manager, which is very similar to third-party tools (CCleaner and others). There are many third-party applications that have similar functions, but Microsoft's solution does not interfere with Windows and does not violate its capabilities.
But what privacy settings are keeping it from being available in Europe?
